Our beef is sourced from within 30 miles of MF BEEF HQ from farms here in Norfolk.
We select locally from native breeds such as Hereford, Shorthorn, and Aberdeen Angus, along with Wagyu, and other rarer breeds on occasion. The herds graze in mixed grass pastures and are reared without the use of growth homones or antibiotics.
We produce our jerky by hand. Cleanly, without any nasties.
No sulphates. No nitrates. No sugar. No seed oils.
Only beef and salt. Nothing else.

Brisket comes from the lower chest of the cow, a weight supporting muscle group that’s very high in collagen content. Some subtle marbing throughout the point section and a tasty fat cap on the flat section.
